クレイヴンアイドル は2005年にギタリスト/ボーカリストのImmolatorOfSadistik Wrathによって結成されたイギリスのブラック/スラッシュメタルバンド。
2013年、クレイヴンアイドル は最初のスタジオアルバムである”Towards Eschaton”をリリース。
これは彼らの3枚目のスタジオアルバムで2021年7月にリリースされた。
現在のラインナップは、ギタリストのObscenitor、ベーシストのSuspiral、ドラマーのHereticBlades。
彼らのサウンドはスラッシュメタルの要素を含んだブラックメタル。現在ブラックメタルでも様々なタイプのものがあるが、彼らはブラックメタルにみられる要素である、全ての要素をうまくブレンドせている。
これらはブラックメタルに見られるダークさや邪悪さ、不協和音、高速のドラムに、よりメロディックなサウンドを含み、ヴォーカルはエモーショナルで、アグレッシブだ。
ブラックメタルに見られるクリーンな音にしないで生の音を活かすということはしていないので録音状態が良いが、それはあまり気にならず、邪悪なオーラが保たれている。
多くのバンドがスラッシュとブラックメタルを効果的にブレンドしようとしてきたがそれは簡単ではなかった。だが彼らは完璧だ！
全体的に早いテンポでの楽曲だが、同じようなものの繰り返しによって疲れる前に、変化が必要なことを彼らは知っている。
それはとても良いタイミングでの変化だ。
あっという間に一枚聴き終えて、リピートしてしまう、素晴らしいアルバム。

Craven Idol is a British black / thrash metal band formed in 2005 by guitarist / vocalist Immolator Of Sadistik Wrath.
Craven Idol released their first studio album “Towards Eschaton” in 2013.
This is their third studio album, released in July 2021.
The current lineup is guitarist Obscenitor, bassist Suspiral, and drummer Heretic Blades.
Their sound is black metal with elements of thrash metal. There are various types of black metal now, but they blend all the elements found in black metal well.
These include the darkness, evil, dissonance, fast drums and more melodic sounds found in black metal, and the vocals are emotional and aggressive.
The recording is good because they don’t make the most of the raw sound without the clean sound found in black metal, but it doesn’t really bother me and keeps the evil aura.
Many bands have tried to effectively blend thrash and black metal, but it has never been so easy. But they are perfect!
It’s a fast-paced song overall, but they know they need to change before listeners get tired of repeating similar things.
It’s a change at a very good time.
You repeat it over and over, it must be a great album. .. Masterpiece!
