ノーステイル はスウェーデン、ブラジル、アメリカ出身のメンバーが在籍する多国籍メロディック・メタル・バンド。
ビル・ハドソン（ex-Cellador, ex-Power Quest, ex-U.D.O.,現Circle II Circle）がサイドプロジェクトとして2017年に結成。
2018年U.D.O.から脱退後、彼はノーステイルに専念。
2020年、クリスチャンエリクソンTwilight Forceに代わって、新しいボーカリスト、ギルエルメ・ヒロセ (現Traumer)がバンドに加入。
これは彼らの2枚目のスタジオアルバムで2021年11月にリリース。
ゲストにカイ・ハンセンと息子のティム・ハンセンも参加。
ボーカルのギルエルメ・ヒロセと、メイン・ソングライターで中心人物のビル・ハドソンはブラジル人。ブラジル勢のパワーメタルバンドを思わせる、民族音楽を取り入れた曲、、”The Land of Mystic Rites”もあり、まさに期待の星。ギルエルメ・ヒロセはティモ・コルティペルトに似ていて、アンドレ・マトスのような歌い方をするので、よりポジテイブにブラジルらしさを感じることができる。
ビル・ハドソンのルーツから、ブラジルらしさはより彼を魅力的に見せる。この選択肢は正しいと思われる。
前作とほとんど音楽性は変わらないが、今作ではビル・ハドソンが非常に多才な人物だと示すことができた。彼はテクニカルなギタープレイをすることができるし、ソングライターとしても素晴らしい。
個人的に2作目にして、ビル・ハドソンがいればノーステイル として成立するのではないかと思ったので、多国籍バンドにあるメンバー間の問題はそこまで問題ではないかもしれない。
彼のペースでどんどんいい作品をリリースしてほしい、
とにかく楽曲のレベルは高いし、メロディックパワーメタルに求められるものは全てある。
若くて勢いのあるミュージシャンがこのような素晴らしい作品を出してくれるのはほんとうにうれしい。
メロディックパワーメタルファンは必聴の作品。

NorthTale is a melodic metal band with members from Sweden, Brazil and the United States.
The band was formed in 2017 by Bill Hudson (ex-Cellador, ex-Power Quest, ex-U.D.O.,Circle II Circle) as a side project.
After Hudson split from U.D.O. in April 2018, he decided to set his focus on NorthTale full time.
In 2020, new vocalist Guilherme Hirose (Traumer) joined the band on behalf of Christian Ericsson Twilight Force.
This is their second studio album, released in November 2021.
Kai Hansen and his son Tim Hansen are guest musicians.
Vocal Guilherme Hirose and main songwriter Bill Hudson are Brazilians. There is also a song “The Land of Mystic Rites” that includes folk music, reminiscent of a Brazilian power metal band, and they have bright future.
Guilherme Hirose is similar to Timo Kotipelto and sings like Andre Matos, so you can feel more positive and Brazilian.
From Bill Hudson’s roots, Brazilianness makes him look more attractive. This option seems correct.
The musicality is almost the same as the previous work, but in this work Bill Hudson could be shown to be a very versatile person. He can play technical guitars and is a great songwriter.
Personally, I thought it would be a North Tale with Bill Hudson, so the problem between the members of the multinational band may not be that much of a problem.
I want him to release more and more works,
Anyway, the level of music is high, and there is everything that is required of melodic power metal.
I’m really happy that a young and energetic musician will produce such a wonderful work.
A must-listen work for melodic power metal fans.
